As an Electrical Design Engineer at Trinamics, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge sensor development for industrial applications. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of sensor design, from engineering requirements to validation, ensuring the final product meets CE & ATEX certifications for safe industrial use. You will collaborate with external suppliers, Bosch locations, and clients to deliver market-ready solutions for the energy industry. With your technical expertise in electronics and communication protocols, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing innovative sensor solutions to the market.This is a permanent position with a possibility of a direct contract with one of our high-tech customers. For international candidates, Trinamics provides full relocation support, including the 30% ruling process.

• Around 10 years of experience in sensor development, particularly for industrial or automotive applications
• Strong knowledge of requirement engineering, FMEA, HARA, and functional safety protocols
• Proficiency in electronics, embedded software, and industrial measurement systems
• Familiarity with PLC communication protocols and certification requirements like CE, LVD, ATEX, and EMC
• Excellent communication skills in English
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution

• Lead and manage the entire electrical sensor development process from requirements to validation
• Ensure that all sensor products are CE and ATEX certified for safe use in industrial applications
• Work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth market entry
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop successful product solutions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industrial standards and regulations
