As a Senior Hardware Engineer at Trinamics, you will be responsible for the timely development and quality of our hardware solutions. You will lead the hardware development process, define cost-effective hardware architectures, and realize designs in close collaboration with the hardware team. You’ll be actively involved in system improvements and driving innovation in hardware design. With a keen eye on the latest industry trends, you’ll implement improvements in our development environment. You will work seamlessly with other departments within Trinamics and maintain contact with our national and international clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in a dynamic R&D environment with hardware system development expertise.
• Knowledge of both analog and power electronics PCB design, including prototyping and testing (experience with Altium is a plus).
• Familiarity with the interface between hardware and software.
• Up-to-date knowledge of product development, cost optimization, and design for production.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Coordinate technical requirements with clients and team members, translating them into innovative technical specifications.
• Lead hardware improvement processes and develop efficient, high-quality hardware solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver hardware designs that meet customer needs.
• Design and support the creation of schematics and PCBs, mainly using Altium.
• Ensure your designs can be efficiently tested and taken into production, adhering to international standards.
• Oversee and manage component Life Cycle Management in collaboration with the component engineer.
• Create and maintain hardware building blocks for use by other engineers.
