• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally within the yacht or maritime industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, control systems, and automation
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail and an ability to manage complex processes
• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)

• Coordinate and oversee electrical engineering processes for luxury yacht projects, ensuring design and implementation meet project requirements and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with design, production, and engineering teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Develop and manage project plans for electrical engineering, including timelines, resources, and budget considerations
• Oversee technical documentation, ensuring all designs meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for electrical engineering matters, providing regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders
