Start by checking the production schedule and making sure your team and materials are prepped and ready to go.
Uphold top-tier standards in hygiene and product quality — excellence is non-negotiable.
Keep a close eye on product consistency and flag any irregularities right away.
Fine-tune machine settings when necessary and handle minor technical hiccups to keep things running without a hitch.
Wrap up the shift by working with your team to ensure the production line is thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next round.

Functievereisten:
What will you bring?

Full-time availability (38 hours, 5 days a week) and willingness to work in shifts.
Experience in the bakery or broader food industry is a strong advantage.
You're familiar with operating production machinery and can handle technical equipment with confidence.
You understand and follow procedures related to materials, safety, hygiene, and quality systems like HACCP.
You work independently, think creatively, and stay focused under pressure. Accuracy, problem-solving, and results matter to you.
