Dit bieden we jou aan- A competitive gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,000, including 2-shift allowance

- A technical MBO degree or hands-on experience in powder coating or industrial painting
- Strong sense of responsibility and focus on quality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good communication skills (understanding Dutch is a plus)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Motivation to grow and learn if you’re new to the field
- Operating and maintaining powder coating systems
- Performing manual spraying tasks when needed
- Hanging and prepping products according to technical drawings
- Executing color changes and adjusting equipment settings
- Checking coating thickness, adhesion, and surface finish
- Working with the team to consistently meet top-quality standards
