As a CNC Operator in the finishing department, you will independently manage and operate multiple CNC and NC machines, ensuring precision and efficiency in production. Your key responsibilities include:
- Set up, operate, and manage multiple CNC and NC machines efficiently and independently;
- Produce wear-resistant parts according to detailed technical specifications and drawings;
- Perform quality checks using advanced measuring tools to meet strict quality standards;
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety regulations and the 6S methodology;
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or World-Class Manufacturing tools to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

- Experience operating CNC machines (preferably with Fanuc or Siemens controls);
- A technical background and a vocational (MBO level 2) diploma in metalworking or a related field;
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings;
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (early: 05:30–14:00, late: 14:00–22:30, night: 22:30–05:30, incl. 30-minute break);
- Flexibility to work overtime and assist other departments when necessary;
- Open to learning and development through internal training.

- A full-time, varied role in a modern and international production company;
- You start in day shift for a soft landing in the company. After a few weeks you will work in 3 shifts;
- A competitive salary of €3,340 gross per month (excluding shift allowance);
- Shift allowance of 21% on top of your salary;
- Excellent opportunities for growth and technical skill development;
- Immediate participation in the StiPP Plus pension scheme;
- 8.33% holiday allowance and an annual year-end bonus;
- Travel reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer.
