Functieomschrijving:
What Will You Do?As a Machine Operator, you are essential to the daily operation of our production line. You set up machines correctly, keep them running smoothly, and deliver high-quality results.Your responsibilities include:

Preparing machines for production and setting parameters;
Operating and monitoring the production process;
Quickly resolving minor technical issues or deviations;
Reporting malfunctions or product defects to supervisors;
Participating in improvement projects and efficiency initiatives;
Following hygiene, safety, and quality regulations;
Keeping your workstation and equipment clean and orderly.

You will work in a three-shift system, contributing to consistent output and continuous improvement.

Functievereisten:
What Do You Bring?We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a technical setting.Your profile:

Mbo+ level of education or similar working/thinking level;
1–2 years of experience as a Machine Operator (or comparable role);
Good command of English or Dutch;
Willing to work in 3 shifts;
Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
Technical interest and hands-on mentality;
A proactive and safety-first mindset.
