What a day as an operator might look like:
- Kick off your shift by managing the production schedule and coordinating your team.
- Ensure all materials are prepared and available to keep production on track.
- Uphold strict hygiene and quality standards — no shortcuts allowed.
- Keep a close eye on product consistency and immediately report any irregularities.
- Adjust machine settings and fix minor technical problems to avoid delays.

What you bring to the table:
- You’re available full-time (38 hours per week) and ready to work in shifts.
- Experience in a bakery or food industry is a strong advantage.
- You’re comfortable with production machinery and have a technical mindset.
- You follow procedures carefully for materials, safety, hygiene, and quality standards like HACCP.
- You work independently, stay calm under pressure, and focus on finding solutions.
