Are you technically minded and ready for a challenging job in a dynamic 5-shift system? Then we're looking for you!

Your role as a CNC operator As a CNC operator, you're the key link in the production process of high-quality metal products. Along with an experienced colleague, you'll learn the trade inside and out and operate CNC machines for turning, milling, and conventional mold machining. You'll effortlessly read technical drawings and parameters to operate the machines perfectly. With your technical background, you'll perform precise checks with calipers, end mills, and perthometers, ensuring every product meets the highest quality standards. All materials are labeled, and as an operator, it's also your responsibility to ensure each product has the correct label, ensuring traceability worldwide. 

You'll also be responsible for starting up, cleaning, and adjusting or repairing the machines as needed. Experience with Fanuc controls and milling is a strong plus, allowing you to quickly adapt and improve the process. You will work a 5-shift system (shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) within a committed and growing organization.

• You have at least 1 year of experience as an operator in the metal industry 
• You have a technical background and can easily interpret technical drawings and machine parameters 
• You work accurately and precisely 
• You are flexible, motivated, and ready to work a 5-shift system 
• Experience with Fanuc controls and milling is a plus
