Your new challenge:
As a mechanic (GSE), your primary task is to detect and resolve electrical, hydraulic, and engine faults in motorized equipment, such as conventional and towbarless push-back trucks, lower-deck and main-deck loaders, and air starters. Your assignments will focus on electrical and hydraulic maintenance and repairs. You may also be called upon for general maintenance work/faults, if necessary. This work can be performed in our own workshop or at the airport (Airside). You will report to the workshop supervisor. In his absence, you will take charge of and manage the team.
Some of your responsibilities include:

You diagnose the most complex faults in the GSE and determine the technical solutions.
You work on the electrical and complex hydraulic systems in the GSE machines.
You disassemble and assemble parts according to machine instructions and documentation.
You check and approve the GSE for operation, safety (APVK) and sustainability.
You identify the defective components of the systems and repair or replace these components.
You take the lead in (refurbishment) projects and ensure that they are completed according to schedule and budget.
You contribute to process improvements and proactively make proposals in this regard.
You support the “younger” mechanics and act as an instructor.
Once you have been properly trained, you will also perform 24/7 emergency services.

MBO level 4 training in a relevant field: vehicles and mobile equipment, agricultural mechanization, civil engineering, EBAT.
VCA Vol.
NEN 9140 VP (Pré).
F-gas certificate
5-10 years of relevant experience.
Experience as a manager (Pré).
English at B1/B2 level
Dutch, native language or C1/C2 level.
Good conduct is required and an extensive VGB screening will take place.
