The company provides solutions, high-tech quality equipment and process systems to her clients with which aerated products can be made like whipped cream, cakes, nougat, marshmallows, praline creams, layer cakes, Swiss rolls and airy desserts. The job

You are member of the Management Team, responsible for determining the strategy for the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering departments, the RD department, the Lab and Product Management. You will lead and manage your team of 30 employees (MBO, HBO and WO level) in a committed, keen and knowledgeable way. No doubt that you will make a severe contribution to the further development of your team in especially the skills, competences and knowledge areas. You are equipped with a sharp mind, focused to excel with your team in order to achieve the strategic perspectives and goals in conjunction with the rest of the organization. You are by nature interested in people and processes, and have a trained eye for initiating and implementing changes and improvements that need to be made both in- or outside the department.
