OPS Engineer Identity & AccessABN AMRO is a bank in the midst of a major transition. You will contribute directly to the creation of innovative solutions for Customer Identity and Access services that will support the increasing need for high security and trusted banking services.
You will be part of the scrum team Generic Signing. Generic Signing 2.0, which is developed and owned by CISO I&A is offering a set of Services which provides a Signing Solution.
At present, GS 2.0 provides its consumers a Payment Transaction Solution which includes IBB and AOL transactions.
In the near Future, we will support PBI signing for Belgium and also Non-Financial Transactions and Document Signing.
As OPS engineer you are:
- primary person to pick up and solve incidents.
- focused on continuous improvement of OPS processes.
- able to communicate with many different stakeholders
- able to think of improvements in f.e. alerting/monitoring & service towards consumers
- Improving testing suites.

You will be part of a team which provides Digital Signing services to customers of many of the major business lines (retail, private banking etc.) spread across the bank. A few notable examples for signing are payment transactions (iDeal), document signing and non-financial signing.
- 5+ years of experience with OPS/ ITIL processes.
- Experienced with Azure or willing to learn.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Able to understand & explain business topics functional and applicative.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills: English AND Dutch (B1 or higher)
- Be assertive; you like to take initiative also outside your team.
- Java experience is a pré
- SQL knowledge is a pré
