We are now looking for a Functional Application Administrator for our Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.

In the role of functional responsible for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application in which we provide a 360-degree customer view to the business. In this role, you will support the employees in the Netherlands in using the application and you will be the first contact for the other departments using the data in CRM. You will work closely with the Head of CRM to bridge the gap between the Dutch CRM solution and the international CRM solution.

Who are you?
We are looking for a Functional Application Manager with some experience in managing the Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) application who wants to develop further at a leading mobility group in automotive Retail and services. You have an MBO+/HBO working and thinking level and an accurate and proactive attitude. Working in a team makes you happy.
You have experience with applications and their interrelationships.
