Functieomschrijving

As a field service representative, you will manage customer cases, perform system installations, work with manufacturing and design, and travel both regionally and internationally for support.

• Manage and discuss customer cases, perform maintenance and repairs.
• Install new systems and conduct customer training.
• Work closely with product and project teams.
• Travel regionally and internationally, including abroad.
• Prepare for upcoming missions and perform support activities during your journey..

Wat verwachten we van jou?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical work experience.
• At least 3 years experience as a (maintenance) engineer in semiconductor equipment.
• Strong knowledge of electronics (analog and digital) and mechanics.
• WIllingness to travel around 70% a year for the job.
• Data and software management, especially Linux.Good command of English..
