As a Senior Hardware Engineer, you oversee the timely and quality-driven development of the hardware. Your responsibilities include defining cost-effective architectures and collaborating closely with the hardware team on designs.

• Coordinate technical requirements with clients and team members, ensuring efficient hardware development and quality.
• Transform customer needs into innovative technical specifications, driving both independent and collaborative hardware projects.
• Navigate schematic and PCB Designs in Alltium, ensuring designs are production-ready and compliant with international standards.
• Supervise junior to mid-level hardware engineers and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

• A Bachelor's degree in Electronics or relevant.
• 5-8 years' work experience in a dynamic R&D Environment.
• Experience in PCB Design for analogue/power electronics, knowledge in Altium is a plus.
