Introductie

As a Technical Quality Inspector (Quality Control Engineer) for the department "Electrification & Automation", you will be responsible for regular quality inspections in our own factories and at our 3rd party suppliers. Do you have an European passport and are you willing to travel up to 70%?

Functieomschrijving

As Technical Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for regular quality inspections in our cliënts factories. Ensure that our tailor-made equipment meets our quality standards. If a quality problem occurs, immediate action will be taken. It is the responsibility of the technical quality inspector to think critically and flag quality issues or come up with a solution.

Responsibilities

• Verification of technical requirements / documents / procedures
• Perform inspections in Siemens factories and at 3rd party suppliers
• Inspection during the manufacturing process
• Quality checking of our produced equipment
• Support by implementing improvements to meet standards in our factories
• Communicate with stakeholders (project teams, production facility, customers)
• Witnessing tests / FAT (Factory acceptance tests) with customers

Wat verwachten we van jou?

• Knowledge of electrical systems (switchgear, panel building, transformers)
• Technical background
• Relevant experience as a quality inspector, auditing, and testing
• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations like IEC 60079, IEC 61439
• An in-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant standards
• Willingness to travel internationally (EU passport required, willing to travel 70%)
