As a Quality Engineer, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our high-tech products and services. Whether you're a junior, medior, or senior, we're looking for talented individuals with a passion for quality and a drive to excel in their field.

• Analyze high-tech production processes and identify opportunities for quality improvement.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards specific to the high-tech sector.
• Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements tailored to high-tech environments.
• Train employees on quality procedures and processes relevant to the high-tech industry.
• Report on quality performance and make recommendations for further enhancements.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

• A completed technical education at HBO level, preferably in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related.
• Demonstrable experience and expertise in quality management, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Certifications such as Green Belt or Black Belt are a plus but not required.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of high-tech processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams within the high-tech sector.
• Proactive attitude and a drive for continuous improvement in high-tech quality standards.

• Salary: € 3.000.00 - € 6.500.00
