Operators, pay attention! We have an exciting opportunity for motivated, experienced operators and packers with varying levels of experience. Depending on your experience as a food operator, you will be assigned various tasks.

Over de functie

As a food operator, you work on highly automated production lines for both production and packaging. You operate the machines, coordinate tasks and ensure that all processes run smoothly. You understand exactly how your work influences the next steps in the process and respond quickly to any adjustments. Together with your team, you contribute to the smooth operation of the production and packaging location. You will work in a 3-shift system. 

Wat wij bieden

• Competitive salary between €3.200 and €3.600,(including 18% shift allowance); 

• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday pay; 

• You will be working in 3 shifts; 

• Travel allowance for distances over 10 kilometers; 

• Stimulating work environment with emphasis on growth and development.

• Technical background and a positive attitude; 

• Able to set up machines and fix possible malfunctions 

• Eager to learn, proud of making quality products and committed to a clean production process; 

• At least 1 year of experience as an Operator in food or packaging

There are two locations in Oss where a food operator can work. We are looking for a food operator for the 3-shift service at both locations. At one location only packaging work is carried out, while at the other location there is both production and packaging work. During the production process you make the product, cut it and freeze it. This is followed by the packaging process, which is mainly automated. You can be deployed in both work locations.
