As a PMO Officer at Trinamics, you will play a pivotal role in project management office activities for one of our clients. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and supporting project initiatives, ensuring effective communication, and facilitating the smooth execution of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong communication skills, PMO experience, and a passion for contributing to the success of technical projects.

Key responsiblities:

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Coordinate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and status updates.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and teams. 
• Support project managers in planning, monitoring, and reporting project progress.
• Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align project activities with organizational goals.

•  HBO+ level of education.
•  Proven experience in PMO or project management roles.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
•  Strong organizational and coordination skills.
