Are you ready to pioneer project-based manufacturing, driving system upgrades and refurbishments to new heights? If you hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, (Applied) Physics, or a related field, seize this exceptional opportunity.

Functieomschrijving

• Lead the seamless introduction of new products in our pilot factory, overseeing designs and validating production processes.
• Prioritize preemptive measures to uphold impeccable quality standards and resolve production challenges swiftly.
• Refine production processes, troubleshoot issues, and transition products to the volume organization efficiently.
• Provide crucial support for system upgrades and refurbishments, conducting audits and crafting machine-specific work plans.
• Ensure the delivery of refurbished systems with a steadfast focus on quality and cost-effectiveness.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

• Bachelor's degree in (Applied) Physics, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-3 years of experience in a high-tech production environment, with assembly and testing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Technical Production Engineering and quality methodologies is beneficial.
• Preferred experience with high vacuum technology and/or high voltage.

Wat kun jij van ons verwachten?

• Salary range: €3,500.00 - €5,500.00
• Minimum of 25 vacation days, increasing up to a maximum of 40
• 8.33% vacation pay
• Travel expense reimbursement
