For our client we are looking for a talented and motivated Service & Commissioning Engineer Computer Vision

For our client we are looking for a talented and motivated Service & Commissioning Engineer Computer Vision. You will be responsible for building, testing and commissioning systems. Mainly in the Benelux and Europe, but also Asia and America. Activities such as setting up systems, testing and FAT are also part of the job. As well as repairs and training and installations of the systems. You are willing to travel.

What will you do?
• Perform/supervise installation at the customer's site.
• Solve any problems that arise.
• Finding the correct adjustment of software parameters, lighting and camera for inspection of customer products.
• Testing and validating the system before delivery.
• Provide training at customer's premises on the use of the system.
• Provide support to customers in using the systems. This may include advice on settings and troubleshooting in both hardware and software. This can be on location and sometimes remotely.
• Identify adjustments and improvements in order to optimize the process of commissioning.
• Responsible for good communication between the customer and the company.
• Handle administration of the work and incoming tickets.
• The intention to participate in a breakdown/support service (for customers with a special service contract).
• Combination between working on location (Capelle a/d Ijssel and in the beginning at Almere) and traveling abroad.

Qualifications
• You have a completed MBO technical education, direction mechatronics, electro or ICT.
• Preferably you bring experience from a service environment.
• Flexible and solution-oriented attitude.
• Passion for advanced equipment.
• Driver’s license B and VCA certificate.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Creative, analytical and driven.
• Must have a passport and be willing to travel internationally.
• Knowledge of Computer Vision, cameras, PC hardware, mechanics.
• You are flexible, stress resistant, entrepreneurial and offer service with a smile.
• Be able to work alone as well as in a team.
• Due in part to the international nature, English speaking and writing is a must.
• Preferably bilingual. Candidates with another native language are also asked to respond.
