Introductie

As a Six Sigma Black Belt, you will serve as a catalyst for change in process and quality improvement. Your role involves deploying and embedding quality concepts and continuous improvement tools throughout our business. You will tackle complex technical defects, mitigate risks, provide direction, and guide breakthrough improvements in both product and process quality.

• Applying Six Sigma (DMAIC) and Structured Problem Solving Methods to enhance process capability and eliminate complex defects
• Offering analysis and feedback to senior management on project activities, improvements, and savings
• Leading cross-functional teams
• Transferring best practices, Six Sigma techniques, procedures, and tools to cross-functional teams

Wat verwachten we van jou?

As a Six Sigma Black Belt, you possess a Bachelor's degree in a Technical field, preferably Electrical Engineering, and have accumulated 5+ years of work experience, preferably in the Automotive industry. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential. Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is a requirement.

Additionally, you:

• Have experience in quality methods and tools such as 6 Sigma, 5 Why’s analysis, Kaizen, brainstorming sessions, problem-solving techniques, FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa diagrams
• Understand structured product development processes
• Demonstrate the ability to learn and apply new processes and techniques, resourcefully solving complex technical issues
• Exhibit a commitment to continuous personal and professional growth with a strong results orientation
• Must be fluent in English, both orally and in writing
• (Preferred) Possess proficiency in Dutch, both orally and in writing
