Who We're Seeking:
Are you ready to make a difference? We're searching for a dynamic Design Engineer to join our R&D team. As an integral part of our journey, you'll spearhead the design and development of next-gen bioresorbable vascular grafts, utilizing endogenous tissue restoration. What You'll Do:
Craft and refine custom test methods and tools for in-house manufacturing.
Drive the execution of medical device design controls, from material specifications to design verification activities.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Lead the development and qualification of test methods and procedures.
Analyze data, generate documentation, and offer insights for enhancements.
Contribute to a culture of innovation by solving technical challenges and fostering creativity.

What You Bring:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or a Scientific discipline.
Minimum 3+ years of industry experience in medical device development, with a knack for solving complex mechanical problems.
Proficiency in CAD modeling, particularly SolidWorks.
Strong grasp of mechanical design principles and quality systems per ISO 13485.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive projects forward.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Bonus points for experience in cardiovascular medical device projects and team leadership.
