The Business Improvement Specialist will assume responsibility for implementing the hub's strategic initiatives in collaboration with the C-Level and Leadership team, with the objective of translating these strategies into tangible achievements. This will involve orchestrating tactical enhancements across various facets of the organization, encompassing Sales, Realizations, Lifetime Service, Business Support Functions, and Human Resources.
Reporting into the Senior Business Improvement Manager (SBIM), working in conjunction with the C-Level, Heads of Departments and Leadership team on assigned tasks. The role involves facilitating the transformation of their vision into tangible, measurable outcomes. This includes fostering a positive culture in line with TGW Culture and Values to ensure the sustainability of all changes and establish a foundation for continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

• Facilitate DMAIC / Agile Workshops across the NE hub
• Guide and coach BI project teams to ensure successful, timely execution and delivery of Business Improvement Projects
• Set / Maintain & deliver upon BI department’s OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
• Participate and support the development of BI processes and standards
• Support the SBIM with department Strategy Workshops
• Build and maintain internal stakeholder relationships
• Encourage the use of DMAIC and Agile methodologies for all BI/Change projects
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities across the business and action where necessary

About You

Essential

• Practical Experience in Change Management, Business Improvement or Continuous Improvement
• Proven track record of applying and or leading Lean methodologies and projects
• Experienced in leading DMAIC projects
• Experienced in running in person workshops
• Strong problem solving skills
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• A self-starter
• Strong Organisational Skills
• Able to travel nationally and within the EU

Desirable

• Six Sigma and or Lean certification
• Experience within engineering/manufacturing/production industries
• Certified coach
• Strong English verbal and written skills with a second EU language
• Experience leading Agile projects
• Experience running virtual workshops
• Qualified in relevant field (engineering, manufacturing etc)
• Presentation skills
• An experienced ‘facilitator’
• An entrepreneurial mindset
• Demonstratable mentoring skills
