Introductie

Join us as the Engineering Project Manager (Lead Engineer Electrical) and take charge of power distribution projects within the data center industry. In this role, you'll oversee a team of approximately 20 engineers, ensuring the smooth execution of technical solutions within designated timelines and budgets. From engineering to installation and commissioning, you'll drive the delivery of power distribution systems, including switchgear, transformers, and digital protection systems, alongside modular solutions like E-Houses and Skids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide Interface- and System engineers through detailed engineering processes.
• Maintain coherence across designs and disciplines, aligning them with functional requirements, budget constraints, and project schedules.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison, offering guidance to clients and coordinating designs and stakeholders effectively.
• Foster close collaboration with Project Managers and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Based primarily at our office in The Hague, you'll make periodic visits to factories and project sites worldwide.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years' experience as a (lead) engineer in multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficiency in low- and medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, short-circuit and selectivity calculations, and compliance with standards such as IEC 61439.
• Skilled in drafting technical reports and test plans.
• Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a knack for coaching.
• Flexibility for short business trips and adeptness at working under pressure.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
