You manage the projects with a (large) multidisciplinary team of highly skilled, mainly technical experts in architecture, design and manufacturing. That’s why we expect you to have a solid technical background, with experience in product development projects, as well as professional project management skills. You are responsible for:

• The delivery of innovative mechatronic systems from initiation and concept & development until manufacturing and customer acceptance; taking into account the triple constraint.
• Project set up, organization and Governance.
• Leading the project team, in close cooperation with a System Architect.
• Monitoring and control project progress, take action and escalate when needed.
• Managing stakeholders: external customers and suppliers as well as internal stakeholders at various managerial levels and functional domain (T&D, business, manufacturing and others).
• Applying the project management and development processes of the organization.
• Contribute to the continuous development of the project management competency of the department.
