As a Senior Project Manager at NPI, you will be responsible for leading innovative and complex projects in high-precision environments such as semiconductor, solar, medical and analytical industries. You manage the project from the customer's request to the implementation of large-scale production in the factory and delivery to the customer's site. The technology is advanced and the products are unique. We work according to customer order, so your role is critical to the success of our projects.

• Work with clients to understand their needs and define project scope.
• Manage stakeholders both externally (customers and suppliers) and internally at different management levels and functional areas.
• Ensure availability and allocation of resources.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Manage project scope, schedule and cost changes.
• Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques and presents/escalates to management or project management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation..

Wat verwachten we van jou?

• Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Physics or related field.Professional project management skills, preferably certified (PMP, PRINCE2).
• At least 5-10 years of experience as a project manager in managing new product development projects.
• We can challenge the internal organization with technological improvements, equipment efficiency, quality improvement and (structural) cost reduction.
• Product technology (machining, sheet metal, assembly, testing and qualification) affinity is highly recommended.
• Strong leadership skills, able to influence people.
• You are proactive, analytical, creative and have a "can do" way of thinkingAble to raise the level of competence of both individuals and teams..
